No account or email address is required to create a calendar.

Calendar data

Creating a calendar stores the period start date, cycle length, selected language and hemisphere inferred from the device time zone. The time zone itself is not stored in the feed record. Link lookup references, status, versions and activity timestamps support delivery and maintenance. No name or email is required for this.

Private links and calendar providers

Anyone with your private link can read the feed and access its update controls. Treat it like a credential, not a public link. Your calendar app or provider fetches the feed and receives its dates and content. We do not read your other calendar events.

Usage counts and logs

Small totals record page languages, page views, feed requests and daily-page views. These analytics totals do not retain an IP address or create a personal advertising profile. Separate operational logs may contain IP addresses and request times. Current access logging redacts private calendar links; older logs can retain earlier URLs until rotated.

Feedback and email

Feedback stores your message, language, submission time and basic page context. A reply email is optional and is stored if supplied. Feedback notifications are sent through an email provider. The feedback form uses a session cookie; no account is needed for the calendar.

Infrastructure and external services

The website and calendar server are hosted in Germany. Hosting, email delivery and backup storage involve infrastructure providers. Some pages load Fraunces, Inter Tight and JetBrains Mono from Google Fonts, which can expose the visitor's IP address to Google. We do not promise that no data ever reaches a third party.

Stopping and deleting

Removing the subscription from your app does not delete the server record. The update page also offers calendar deactivation, which stops delivery. Operational records and older backup copies may remain until their retention or rotation ends. Contact hello@cyclecalendar.cc with the private link for a server-side deletion request.

Your rights and contact

For access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection requests under applicable data-protection law, contact hello@cyclecalendar.cc. You can also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
